The Rapidshare file host provides users with a comfortable way to upload files securely to the Internet. The file limit for free users is 100 Megabytes and users will receive a unique address pointing to their uploaded files so that other users can download it from there.

The first step is to go to the RapidShare homepage and click the “browse” button. This allows you to search your computer for the file you want to upload. It is basically an identical process to attaching a file to an e=mail. After the proper file is selected, simply hit the “upload” button.

Once the uploading process is complete, a new window will appear containing both a delete link and save link. I recommend saving both links because it will allow you to delete the file later or download it again in the future.
